Obtain a Luck booster item which gives the entire server a 2x luck multiplier for catching fish. You also have the benefit of people doing /tip and giving you additional XP and Money for your good deed.

Luck is an upgrade that makes it more likely for a person to catch a rarer fish. This would include a higher chance at mythicals or legendaries.
